The benchmark qualification for insurance advisers

The Award in Insurance known as the Foundation Insurance Test (FIT)

Covers six essential topics, including the insurance market, legal principles, procedures and the major classes of insurance.

FIT is a single-unit course which requires you to pass a single test. Whilst FIT is not a qualification in itself upon successful completion, you receive a ‘Record of Achievement’ awarded by the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).

By completing FIT, you can greatly enhance your knowledge of insurance and take the first steps to becoming a fully-fledged insurance practitioner. FIT shows employers that you mean business.
