How do I book a course?

How can I find out if there is any space on my chosen date?

Call us on Call +44(0)207 247 7979 and we can advise on the spaces available for your chosen date. Alternatively, please email enquiries@learn-express.com, and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

How can I pay?

You can either pay by coming into our training centre or over the phone using a credit/debit card, if paying over the phone, once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be dispatched. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque, BACS transfer and traditional payment means.

What happens after I book?

Once we have received your booking confirmation, we will send joining instructions to you via email or post. This contains a map, as well as further information on your course. A couple of weeks before you are due to attend, we will contact you, via email, just to remind you about your course.

What happens if I can’t make the date?

Contact us as soon as you can and we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.

What time do the courses start and finish?

The start and finish times do vary slightly, which will be detailed in your joining instructions, however as a guide expect to start at 9am and finish at 5pm.

Does the price include accommodation?

Our courses do not include accommodation unless you have selected a residential course. The price does include all the materials whilst you are with us.

How many people will be on the course with me?

To ensure the quality of our training, the maximum number of delegates is limited and will vary from course to course. The maximum number of delegates on any Learn Express course will be 15.

If you require any guidance on dress code, we would suggest smart casual. However, it is important that you feel comfortable.
